This section answers some frequently asked questions about licensing.
A small fraction has not received the license email after a purchase because the license email has been classified as spam or your mail provider is using blacklisting by SORBS (who deny to remove the German Telekom mail servers, see here for
Whitelisting)
As a first measure please check your spam folder! License processing is running automatically every 15 minutes, so you should receive the license within 15 minutes after a purchase. Should you still have problems, then please contact support@axonet.de and attach your purchase order number.
1. You either used the wrong email address to load your license or you made a typo. Please use lower case letters.
2. The license has been changed by your email client. This has been reported for Thunderbird. Either use another mail client or request the license as zipped archive (contact support@axonet.de and attach your purchase order number).
Please reboot your server as a first workaround. The issue is currently under investigation.
