Support information

asanetwork end users should contact their hardware or software vendor for support and trouble shooting. As an alternative we offer paid support together with the asanetwork diagnostics.

asanetwork licensees obtain 1 month of free support for general topics by email or fax after signing the asanetwork license contract. This includes a free one day consulting at AxoNet Software.

Support and maintenance is available for asanetwork licensees with an additional maintenance and support agreement. The maintenance and support agreement includes the delivery of up-to-date Developer-CD ROMs and access to the Download area. For further information please send an email to support@axonet.de.
